The aluminium developed exclusively for MSC Bikes with a great concentration of zinc reaches high resistance to fatigue and high absorption of vibrations. With that we can make thinner tubes and lighter frames.

The exclusive MSC Bikes suspension system allows combining two different curves of suspension progressivity in the same frame. For 2010 we have improved the performance of our MPS suspension systems after three years of tests in the World Cup of downhill.

G-Con is the new integrated gearbox applied to cycling that we offer you in order to change gears before going out of a corner, to pedal and absorb bumps at the same time, to break without blocking the suspension. The new magnetic system developed in collaboration with MSC Bikes allows selecting 7 speeds with a very competitive weight and price.

We have been investigating in-depth the properties and manipulation of carbon fibers in the processes of production of our frames and we have developed a new manufacture technology creating an internal mold which presses carbon fibers, squashing them against the internal wall of the external mold, and removing residues and air particles that remain suspended between fibers. As a result we have thinner and more resistant tubes and walls resulting in the lightest frames of the market.

With the same frame we obtain different suspension travel options changing the position of the rear absorber, without modifying the geometry of the bicycle.

Frame molds are divided in two unique pieces which are joined in the central area, removing adapters and joint points which could compromise the frame stiffness.

During the last two years MSC Bikes engineers have worked hard on developing a new suspension system that offers more sensitivity to air shocks, reaching coil spring shocks performance. This is only possible with the new evolution of MSC Bikes’ exclusive suspension platform, the MPS2 (Multi Progressive Suspension 2), that allows us to fix the compression curve where we want before producing the frame.
