We have been investigating in-depth the properties and manipulation of carbon fibers in the processes of production of our frames and we have developed a new manufacture technology creating an internal mold which presses carbon fibers, squashing them against the internal wall of the external mold, and removing residues and air particles that remain suspended between fibers. As a result we have thinner and more resistant tubes and walls resulting in the lightest frames of the market.

Frame molds are divided in two unique pieces which are joined in the central area, removing adapters and joint points which could compromise the frame stiffness.
